  The mental age or the physical age?
  When I say mental I mean the whole concept of human thought and reasoning.For most of us, the mental development runs concurrently with the rise in age and the gathering of knowledge. However, you would have come across some beings who have mental capabilities which surpasses their age and there are some whose mental capbilities are left sagging behind.   It's true what Mr.Karthik say. Prejudice, preferences and biased misconception can be set backs to a discussion. A conclusion cannot be reached if new resolutions can't be accepted by people holding a discussion.
