In the crowded bazaar of TFM MDs, I feel Vidhyasagar has carved out a unique style for himself. Starting from Nila Pennae, he has quietly contributed a steady flow of melodies.

His "Malarae Mounamaa" a haunting melody by SPB and SJ brought him some much deserved praise. SPB sings it in every one of his concerts. I would like to know more about his other efforts besides the two or the big hits like Priyam or Karna.

  this song (in Indra) apparently resembles Mani Sharma's own super duper hit song in 1995 - Rama Chilakamma (in chudalani undi)
  
  Now the question is did Vidyasagar copy from Mani Sharma's original???? Very much possible as the original found in some reputable MDs tracks in Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil.

  it's average but different album by vidyasagar
  the album having five songs,this is the review
  aaru skkara-sung by karthik,tippu...average folk no.
  emaithal -sung by spb..sounds like early 90 tamil song....but good melody to listen.
  oonu sollu-sung by geemon,tippu..very fast beat...different music to listen
  mercury poove-sung by devan,shalini...best song of the album...great to listen
  ma venuma-sung by anurada sriram...folk sounds like "o podu"
  totally the album consists of b grade songs except
  oonu sollu & mercury poove..

  yele machi-udit,kamal....superb folk styled song with superb music
  mouname-SPB,Chandrayini-superb melody,soft music,beautiful to listen
  nattukoru-kamal,gopal rao...good song with different ethnic texture
  anbe sivam-kamal,karthick-best song of the album
  the buddist sculptural music which suddenly creates love on you is beautifully composed by VS.kudos to him
  yele machi-repeat[tippu,udit]
  poovasam-vijay akash,s.sargam-tremondous melody.vijay is having superb voice...in the song the guitar sounds in the carnatic tunes...smart work by VS

  I disagree its the best album done by vidyasagar i think the best album was Poovellam Un Vasam 5 out 6 songs very excellent. Otherwise VS composed great tunes in many movies but after 2001 he get peoples appreciation he deserves. I hope 2003 will be good for him too.

  thithikuthey sounds good. silendra theepori is the best song. but don noe who wrote lyrics for that "iraq yutham" song. good music got spoilt by the lyrics. all other songs are good.
